The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Commission (ICPC) has said all contractors who defaulted contract terms and divertion of Primary Health Care and poor road construction will be prosecuted.
The Anti graft led by the 2i/c Mr. Nuhu Gabriel stated this during the kick start of track verification of Federal Govt projects in Yola, Adamawa state.
He said this violated contract include the diversion of Primary Health Care which is supposes to at Rumda-Baru in Yola North LGA of the state is been diverted to unknown destination.
And a two kilometers road to construct at Bekaju Housing Estate I’d poorly constructed and abandoned.
