Apex News Exclusive can reveal exclusively that Lobi Stars Football Club of Makurdi has appointed Hon. Gabriel Ogwuche as its substantive Team Manager.
According to an impeccable source close to the club, 49-years-old Ogwuche emerged after marathon consultations amongst soccer stakeholders in the state.
We gathered from our source that the former leader of Ogbadigbo Local Government Council of the state between 2017 and 2019.
Ogwuche is the proprietor of Gabby Stars Football Club, Makurdi and was Team manager of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, (NSCDC) Benue State Command Football team, as well as Coordinator, North Central Regional tournament in 2011. He is a 2012 graduate of the National Open of Nigeria, (NOUN).
The newly appointed Team Manager is expected to resume formerly Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
Lobi has not had a substantive Team Manager since former Nigeria football International, Barnabas Imemger died.
