The Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly and Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, Abubakar Y. Suleiman is rejoicing with the Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad on his 63rd birthday.
The Speaker stated that Governor Bala is a patriotic national leader who devoted his life to the service of the Almighty Allah and the humanity.
He added that as one of the remarkable leaders of Bauchi State who rose through the ranks to become senator, minister and Governor, he has contributed immensely to the development of the State.
The Speaker added that, “On behalf of Honourable Members, staff and management of the Bauchi State House of Assembly, l join millions of other Nigerians to felicitate with you on this auspicious occasion of the celebration of your 63rd birthday anniversary.
“Yours has truly been a lifetime of achievements and invaluable contributions. Your giant stride to transform all institutions of our dear State for optimal growth and development is commendable”, he also said.
“We thank the Almighty Allah for your life and for your devotion and commitment to develop our dear State to an enviable status,” the Speaker said.
While praying to the Almighty Allah to in his infinite mercy continue to strengthen and guide the Governor in good health and wisdom to continue providing purposeful leadership to the State and the Nation, Abubakar Suleiman assured the Governor of the Assembly’s continued support and cooperation for good governance to continue thriving in the State as contained in a statement by, Abdul Ahmad Burra, Spokesperson to the Speaker, Bauchi State House of Assembly.
