Keffi agog as 5 local government areas endorse Nasarawa Governor, Engineer Sule, Barrister Magaji

Youths from across the five local government areas that constitutes Nasarawa West Senatorial District of Nasarawa State, have endorsed the Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule for another round of four years in office, as 2023 draw nearer.
The over 2000 youths who march in solidarity of the Governor, also indicated their strong interest on the ambition of Barrister Shuaibu Labaran Magaji, for Senate come 2023.
Their positions was made known on Saturday in Keffi, when over 3000 of the supporters of the dou converged at the emir of Keffi palace as they embarked on road procession, covering 2 kilometers.
Some residents of Keffi who expressed their views on the solidarity march for the governor Engineer Abdullahi Sule, for a second term in office, also endorsed Barrister Labaran Magaji aspiration for Senate.
An onlooker, who spoke to our correspondent, averred that the Barrister Magaji’s aspiration came at a time that youths are yearning for a change that can balanced the years of political imbalanced, saying Nasarawa Local Government had represented the zone from 1999 to 2011.
“So it is a welcome development for the zone to have someone from Toto, which Barrister Shuaibu Labaran Magaji, expresses willingness to represent the zone.This will be the fairest political arithmetic, as keffi from 2011 till date have taken it share.
Also speaking, the Speaker Northern Youth Assembly, Honourable Ibrahim Lawal, said supporting the APC led federal government of Nigeria under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nasarawa State governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule becomes imperative because of the role the government at the federal level has played in terms of security. At the state, he pointed out that governor Abdullahi Sule, has restored peace and security , especially in Toto local government area by flushing out criminals.
Concerning Barrister Magaji, Hon. Ibrahim noted that he has demonstrated high level of competency, drawing from his present occupation as the lead counsel in the office of the Attorney General of the Federation. He calls for support from all and sundry in order for him to succeed in his quest to represent the good people of Nasarawa West Senatorial District.
He added; “we have watched with nostalgia and keen interest hearing how he deliberated on critical cases in court, where the issue of banditry, pyricy and other graved crime against the state, which he substantially made a difference in fighting such criminal cases.
“Therefore with this background we have over 200,000 youths with the will power to vote for him to become our next senator in the red carpet chamber of the national assembly. So we are calling on him to contest, in the event of failure from his path, we will drag him to court, which I believed he will not fail us”.
Another supporter, Mailafiya Salisu, said they have long waited for a day like this where the Matawalen Toto campaign train will throw itself out for public attraction,saying the crop of representatives in Nasarawa State and the ones vying for the same position with Barrister Shuaibu Labaran Magaji ,ought to be aware that the desire of the youths in Nasarawa western zone is solely gunning for him.
Earlier, a former house of assembly member, Honourable Ibrahim Bala Moskolo, who led the teeming youths on the march for Engineer Abdullahi Sule and Barrister Labaran Magaji, paid homage to the emir of Keffi Dr Shehu Chindo Yamusa III for his royal blessings before proceeding on the procession.
He appealed to the youths to be law-abiding and shun anything that will led to disorder.
