Jukun Supreme leader, Aku Uka hosts Vice President Osinbajo as Federal University Wukari honours 3

The Aku Uka, His Majesty Manu Ishaku Adda Alli hosted Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo in Wukari, Taraba State.

The Aku Uka expressed joy for receiving the Vice President in his palace in Wukari, the ancient city that hosts a Federal University.

Osinbajo was in Wukari to attend the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Convocation ceremony of the Federal University, Wukari.

He noted that VP Osinbajo is one of the earliest visitors to the Palace of the newly installed Aku who just spent barely two weeks on his Father’s throne. This is a good sign for the Aku’s reign and it points to a successful lifetime of service to the people and the nation.

His Majesty therefore, congratulated all graduands of Federal University, Wukari as well as recipients of Honorary Doctorate degrees which included the son of the soil, Chief (Dr.) Damian D. Dodo (SAN), former Bauchi State Governor, Alh. (Dr.) Ahmadu Adamu Mua’azu and Chief (Dr.) Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma of Innoson Motors.

During his brief remark, the Aku appreciates the Vice President’s visit and assured him that Wukari and its people welcomes him and will ensure that the visions of the Government are actualized as far as holding forth as a traditional institution is concerned.

In his remark, the Vice President thanked the Aku Uka and the people of Taraba state for there warm reception accorded on him while in the state.

He said Wukari remain his home and has nothing to fear provided he has a father with a very a large kingdom as almost three quarter of Nigeria are Kwararafans meaning he is also a Kwararafa indigene by birth.
