It is and will always remain gratifying for the All Progressives Congress APC to be blessed with the number, quality and respected people and personality it has in Zamfara that has made it very unshakeable in its growth and existence such that when the so-called major opposition PDP came to Zamfara where it is currently facing charges through its former leader who was recently disgraced from office as deputy governor and now hiding under his self-inflicted shame he created for himself.
This evening, I came across a very laughable story of a consultation meeting of a former failed politician who is nursing to be the PDP flag bearer in the coming 2023 general elections whose team quietly sneaked into a private residence to address the few people they were able to garner into the house of the former NSA which is always a no-go area for the common man.
Professor Iyorwuese Hagher, the chairman of the contact and advocacy committee for the failed Nigerian politician, Bukola Saraki now struggling tooth and nail to clinch the PDP presidential ticket come 2023, while leading nine other misfits to showcase in absentia, their money bag to the few people they could pass through the Ali Gusau GRA house failed to sell his destroyer leader who has successfully killed and destroyed the several decades old Saraki dynasty of Kwara due to his selfishness and very poor leadership and the team leader went straight into expressing the PDP’s anger of why Matawalle left them along with all his clout and crowd leaving an empty PDP that is led by either the ignorant, people who never knew politics or politicians who have no followers and cannot even guarantee winning their polling booths in the state. The professor could not also hide their bitterness over why President Buhari did not force the APC leadership (like they twist arms in the PDP) to reject Matawalle. This he did by saying APC at both the state and federal levels achieved nothing, as if the evidences are not there.
He also exposed his ignorance of Zamfara political history by calling it a PDP state, not knowing that the only real PDP component in Zamfara was the incumbent governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle MON whose exit left that party empty, confused and angry.
The professor who spoke without being cheered, failed to realize that Zamfara people are highly politically knowledgeable and know the antecedents of his presidential aspirant who has always tried to hide his inequities through threats like he did while as senator and senate president by troubling the executive which made his state regret his being at the senate and booted him out after he had caused severe damage.
Bukola Saraki therefore and all the insincere people surrounding him know that their ‘commedy of errors’ will take them only to a failed destination, Zamfara has already spoken and showed them its stand.
