Dreaded Shila boys kill vigilante in Yola

Yola, the Adamawa State capital was thrown into pandemonium when some miscreants known as “Shila boys” killed a vigilante operative, one Abdulmalik Sale.
Sources disclosed that vigilante was attacked about 10:00pm at Unguwar Tabo along Abuja road in Yola town on Monday.
23-year-old Abdulmalik was a metre installer with Ijeyi Business Power Investment Limited.
A residence said, “the attackers inflicted machetes cut on the head of late Abdulmalik and also brutalizes him with sticks on the stomach and carted away his GSM mobile phone and fled the scene of the crime immediately”.
Contacted, the spokesman of the state police command, DSP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, said nobody has reported the incident to the operatives of the command.
He, however, advised the general public to keep police abreast with happenings around their communities for necessary action.
