Politicians are beginning to warm up as anxiety also firms up around them ahead of the 2023 general elections. This is because there are also other interested persons who new entrant into the game,that are also as influencial as those currently occupying political offices.
One of such new breed politician is Mr Dantala,who is battle ready to slug it out with the incumbent state assembly members,representing Kokona East , Honourable Daniel Ogah Ogazi, who was elected in 2015 and got reelected in 2019 under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
For Mr Allade Dantala, his drive to replace Honourable Daniel Ogah Ogazi,was energies by the people who have since indicated their interest in supporting him to become their state assembly representative.
He said” I was interested in playing in the background,as a philanthropy,but my people kept calling on me to aspire for the position,which from the various meetings I have held with my ward leaders and other wards that constitutes Kokona East,the signal is green , urging me to go for the position.
” I know too well that it is God that makes leaders,but the cry from my people each time I visit them was that they are poorly represented,some are saying they hardly see our member.And you know occupying political office is to stand as a mediator between the government and the people.
” I am a grassroot individual,that is why I ensure that at every given opportunity,I come down home to hear from them and add value to the existing social amenities ,so that their lives can be much more better”He added.
Mr Dantala ,is a revenue consultant with AMAC ,however called on the people of Kokona East to be patient and determine.Stating further that he will continue to ensure that the less privilege are fairly treated with the lean resources available available to him.
He promises that if consider as the candidate of the party he will play by the rules of the game and ensure victory for the APC come 2023.He also used this medium to congratulate the state chairman of APC, Dr John D Mamman and members of the state EXCO on their recent inauguration.
