The Deputy National Secretary, All Progressives Congress (APC), Barrister Festus Velnoe Fuanter, has expressed gratitude to delegates and others who made it possible for his election at the party’s convention on Saturday.
In the message tagged “Post 2022 APC National Convention, appreciation”, he expressed his unreserved gratitude to the entire Plateau State Delegates to the 2022 APC Convention commending the patriotic zeal even in the face of the stressful experiences that all had to go through.
According to him, the zeal was the “height of party loyalty and sacrifice and for which we were rewarded with the Deputy National Secretary, a National Working Committee position that I am today entrusted to hold on behalf of all of us.”
Barrister Fuanter pledged that as he look forward to assuming this responsibility of trust, he would be guided and reminded by the stress and sacrifices all made to ensure he got the position saying he will hold on to the precept of equity, Justice and fairness.
He appreciated the efforts of the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong, the Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Maje Wase, Plateau State APC Chairman and executives, Senators from the state, other Members of the National Assembly, Speaker and Members of the Plateau State House of Assembly, Statutory Delegates and Local Governments.
