Garaku 2022: Nasarawa Governor, Sule promises constructing 3 rural roads within Gwandara communities

Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule, has promised to embark on construction of rural roads linking villages of Gwandara communities of the state.
Engineer Sule, who expressed profound gratitude with the Gwandara people, lauded their unity of purpose in championing affairs of the people.
The governor made the promises on Saturday at Garaku in Kokona Local Government Area during the Gwandara Development, Education and Cultural Association cultural festival tagged “Garaku 2022”, as he vowed to appoint one of the Gwandara sons as a permanent secretary in the state.
Governor Sule said “One of the road he sleeps and wake up with in mind that is yet to be completed is the road Garaku to Dari, where my chairman happened to come from, by the grace of God it will be done this year.

“When you also mentioned the road from Riri,connecting keffi,which I have always had in mind,I also said In Allah yayarda it will be done this year,among so many roads that I have also had in mind is the Nasarawa-Ara ,takalafiya road,I will also ensured that it is done before the end of this year,” Engineer Sule said.
On his part, the chairman, Gwadeca, Nasarawa State chapter, who also doubles as the State APC chairman, Dr John D W. Mamman, thanked Governor Sule for his magnanimity by renewing some tenured appointment of the Gwandara people in the state.
He said “We equally appreciate the governor gesture in citing of some viable projects within our communities for the betterment and common good of our people.
“While we assured you of our loyalty, you will humbly consider like Oliver twist the following appointment of more of our illustrious sons and daughters into both states and federal boards and parastatals.At appropriate time,up grade our traditional rulers into various status and construction of rural roads in an out of our communities,” he pleaded.
