Gov Abdullahi Sule and his deputy, Dr Emmanuel Akabe, right

Nasarawa State Governor Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule has retained Dr. Emmanuel Agbadu Akabe as his running mate in the 2023 Governorship election.
This was contained un a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Addra that, ” Governor Sule announced the choice of Akabe during a courtesy call by leaders of the Alago Nation Wednesday at the Government House, Lafia. Dr. Akabe is a professional, who is loyal and very honest.” He said.
Engr. Sule then charged the Alago Nation whom he said is blessed, to stay with the All-Progressives Congress, APC and to support the party at all times.
Highlight of the event was the formal presentation of the nomination form to Dr Emmanuel Akabe in the presence of the Chairman of the State working Committee of the APC, Dr. John D.W Mamman and other members of the committee.
