Lifidin Jama’a Foundation distributes solar-powered Islamic preaching device to Fulani

The Lifidin Jama’a Foundation (LJF) has distributed 100 solar-powered Islamic preaching device to Fulani in southern part of Kaduna state.

The miniscule device have audio recordings of Islamic preachings in the local languages of Hausa and Fululde for the benefits of Hausa/Fulfulde speaking people.

Speaking at the ceremony that took place at Jama’a Emir’s Palace in Kafanchan, the CEO/Founder of (LJF), Alhaji Bashir Idris Lifidin Jama’a said the decision of distributing the devices to Fulani was informed by his passion to inculcate the good teachings and practices, promote peace and unity through religious teachings.

He urged the Fulani to use the miniscule device in learning the true teaching of their religion and make good practice of it for the betterment of this word and the hereafter.

Preaching at the occasion in both Hausa and Fulfulde, Sheikh Sulaiman Muhammad called on the Fulani brethren to stand and seek religious and western education, “the importance of knowledge cannot be overemphasize as everything done without it is worthless,” he said.

He described Fulani as tolerant, law abiding, trustworthy and modest people as they are all known for their shyness and simplicity.

Also speaking, the Emir of Jama’a Alhaji Muhammad Isa Muhammad (CON) described the gesture of Lifidin Jama’a as a welcome and timely development.

He prayed for the Lifidin Jama’a and also prayed for peace to continue to reign in the entire region.

Also, the Muslim Youth Foundation of Southern Kaduna (MYFOSKA), applauds the efforts of Lifidin Jama’a towards propagation of Islamic teachings into local languages of Fulfulde and Hausa for the benefits of the rural population of southern Kaduna Muslims, particularly Fulani Muslims living in the hinterland.

Speaking with newsmen shortly after the occasion, the National Secretary of MYFOSKA, Mallam Shu’aibu Dabo, said the charitable gesture will indeed go a long way in facilitating the understanding of the basics of Islamic teachings and morality to the younger generations.

He prayed for Allah’s rewards for the generous contributions towards the development of Islam and humanity in general by Lifidin Jama’a.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Mallam Musa Badembo, thanked the philanthropy for deeming it fit to assist the rural Fulani with the device which he said will help them in no small way for learning their faith.

Bags of rice and hard copies of the Holy Qur’an were also distributed at the occasion.
