Imam advices NiDCOM CEO, Dabiri-Erewa to be thankful to Allah always

Hon. Dr Kafayat Abike Dabiri-Erewa OON receives blessings from Imam Dr Musa Olaofe of Ansar-ud-deen Society of Nigeria Abuja

The Imam of Ansar-ud-deen Society of Nigeria, Abuja Division, Dr Musa Olaofe, has advised Chairman/CEO, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, to be appreciative of Allah’s favours on her always.
Olaofe gave this admonition during a prayer session held in honour of Hon. (Dr) Abike Dabiri-Erewa to mark her 60th birthday in Abuja.
The Islamic Scholar said “It is the grace of Allah upon you that he chose the day you clocked 60, to bless you with a National honour of OON”.
He said that the celebrant should continue to be grateful to Almighty Allah for more Allah’s favours and blessings in line with the promise of Allah in the glorious Qur’an.
The Imam said having been monitoring the public life of the celebrant for almost 40 years and her performance in any national assignment given to her, admonished her to continue to serve the Nation in good faith and see  it as an act of worship to Allah who Has chosen her as a
leader.

“Out of over 200 million Nigerians, a lot of people have struggled to attain what you have achieved at 60 but has not been possible for them but Allah singled you out and make you relevant with good conduct and also honour you,” he added.
Special prayers were made for the 96 years old father of the celebrant, Alhaji Ashafa Erogbogbo and her late mother, Hajia Sadiat Abeke Erogbogbo, her husband, Segun Erewa, the entire family and Nigeria at large.
In attendance at the prayer session was Senator Oluremi Tinubu, wife of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu,  family and friends as well as some staff of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission.
