ABAS delegates with Muslims clerics in Ghana

Muslim leaders, clerics and adherents in Cape Coast, Accra and few other cities in Ghana have hailed the ideologies of unification, peace, oneness and forgiveness being propagated by the spiritual leader of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu.
They have therefore sought for closer collaboration as well as acceptance of the philosophy of peace.
They made their position known when teams of academic scholars from the spiritual organization with International headquarters in Calabar paid courtesy calls separately in their mosques yesterday.
The visits are part of the activities marking the Association of Brotherhood Academic Scholars (ABAS) International Evangelical ministry to the Republic of Ghana 2022.
Receiving the delegates, the Secretary to the Muslims Council in Cape Coast, Ahmed Tiijani who represented the Chief Imam of the Central Mosque in Cape Coast, Ghana, Alhaji Yusif Kamagateh, said they were astonished by the uniqueness of the spiritual organization.
In His welcome speech, He was very glad to see missionaries that have similar doctrines with the Islamic faith.
Addressing the Muslim clerics, the leader of the delegation, Christ Ambassador Nnanna Mong took time to explain what their organisation is all about, maintaining that it is the expected long prophesied eternal Kingdom of God.
According to him, their leader is the “Holy Spirit personified and sustainer of the human family”.
Mong revealed that the Power of Love as taught by Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is beyond the peripheral knowledge of love known by man.
“Love that will heal this fractured world can only be experienced when man embraces the concept of Vegetarianism, which is one of the important teachings of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu that explains the Divine and original concept of love as taught by God Almighty.
“One of the leading causes of global crises and catastrophes in the world today is the inability for man to love other creatures of God and to practice vegetarianism.”
He admonished the Muslim clerics to adhere to and practise the virtues of God as well as vegetarianism, and spread the message to the leaders of the Islamic faith and the whole world, saying it is the panacea to current global challenges like the global warming, chronic diseases and most natural disasters.
Responding, Mr. Ahmed Tijani said they have learned from the teachings of BCS and interactions, requesting for regular interface.
Similarly, the umbrella body of Muslims organizations in Ghana, Federation of Muslims Council have also alluded that going by the teachings of Olumba Olumba Obu and Islamic doctrine even Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was a true Brotherhood of the Cross and Star.
Chairman of ABAS visitations committee, Archbishop Emmanuel A. Ekuri, said according to Muslim traditions, The Messiah, Our Lord Jesus Christ, Son of Mary was a Messenger of Allah, who came to save the world as the LAST of all the Prophets sent by God.
“Now, God has come by Himself sending no one. He has established the New Kingdom of God on earth, Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. In a bid to promote peaceful coexistence between Christians, BCS and the Muslim faithful in Ghana, he sent the ABAS emissaries to rub minds with the Muslim scholars.
“The ultimate objective of all religions is to attain Heaven. To Almighty Allah alone belongs the Kingdom of Heavens and the earth and everything in between.”
According to Ekuri , Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is the melting pot of all religions, claiming that practices and tenets of world religions such as Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and many others are found in their fold, even though he said, they are not a church.
