One crucial importance of Community trusteeship is that it engenders the principle of Virtue Ethics of Communitarian Trustee, and largely impacts meaningfully on why human beings co-exist. Therefore, community trusteeship as social economic development redistribution tool that ensures fair life endowments equality, enshrines communitarianism sense which allows every member of the community to accept responsibilities for knowing where each member is and whether is in need. As social beings, there are some burdens people can carry themselves but there are some which need collective efforts and every member of the community or the society should help others to carry also. In this way people show they are in ‘Family of one Community’- exhibiting community based approach relationship.
All of life is pure gift and are endowed as ‘trust’, entrusted temporarily for each to hold for the benefit of community life, in sharing, helping, and building each other collectively, to ensure peaceful co-existence, progress and development in communitarianism. Peoples’ emotions and sentiments in the scene of hot anger for lack and in penury will melt as snow if virtues of community trusteeship let out the truth of community hospitality and built the community lifestyle. The root of distrust in human beings and any society emanates when people listen to negativism of their emotions and sentiments- be it anger, guilt, shame emptiness or despair, when they hear vices as they unfold in relationships due to emerging interests. Community should be touched by entire hand of community love that enriches humanitarianism in wholeness. Relationship should not be ‘they or I’ but ‘we’, in order to build ‘community of heart’, made up of all the voices and faces that energize every member of the community positively, not cynical mood that put the community down.
No one has the wisdom, strength, knowledge, might, power or human connection to think of oneself as self-sufficient. That’s the fundamental ideal of trusteeship else life amounts to pride and nullity. Community trusteeship spirit and ideals need to advance collective efforts in the course of communitarianism.
Communitarian trustees are forward looking at every situation to pick out the best out of situations that benefits the community. Communitarian trustees’ achievements take place in framework of high expectation that are revealed in attitude of availed opportunities, as well as in action taken in the course of every challenge. Communitarian trustees believe the single most important decision, to make in day – to-day-basis is the choice of attitude. When community attitude is right it keeps the community ongoing progressively but when it is in negative attitude, it cripples the
progress and fires or assault hope. When attitudes are right, there is no barrier to high or no valley too deep, no dream too extreme, no challenge too great, that prevents community progress and development.
Community attitude is simply a way of thinking of the community that represents the state of collective mindset in community behavior. All in community should work for good of the community, no matter what happens. Negative community attitude is such that expects the worse to happen always.- giving up , growing discouragement. And, neutral community attitude is an attitude that is indifference and detachment of traits that represent neutral attitude. Community with neutral attitude does not give enough importance to situation or events. Such community members ignore the problems in the community, leaving it and expecting someone else to solve, and at the end the community problem is left unsolved. They don’t feel the need to change. Positive community attitude refers to a situation where communitarians spend eighty percent of life time positively on opportunity of tomorrow rather than on problems of yesterday. They look at why things of past are of very great, though not greater than the thrill of thinking about possibilities of tomorrow.
Communitarian trustees are positive attitudinarian in character and action. They realized, ‘Bad habits have buried millions who should have been stars’ thus comply to withhold Virtue Ethics of Communitarian Trustee. In essence, therefore, Virtue Ethics of Communitarian Trustee, emphasis that communitarian trustees must always strive to make their community the best, as capable of ability of their best attitude. Doing nothing is the surest way to make their community nothing. ‘Something is always better than nothing’.
