The abductors of the Senior Legislative Aide to former Minority Whip in the House of Representatives are demanding a ransom of N20million before they could release him.
Job Sunday, who was the Senior Legislative Aide to Rt. Honourable Gideon Lukas Gwani was kidnapped in his hometown, Manchok in Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State Sunday night.
The bandits attacked and kidnapped the victim around 9:00pm when they stormed his residence.
Speaking to newsmen in Kaura, the National President, Kaura Youth Coalition (KYC) Bawa Gwazeyiet Emmanuel said the armed bandits came in numbers and went directly to the house of the former SLA to the Minority Whip in Manchok around 8:30-9:00pm.
He said the bandits who went direct to the residence of their target were well armed.
“They later demands the sum of twenty million naira as a ransom before they release him,” he said.
