The Director General, Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), Dr Victoria Akai Monday received a delegation from Spanish embassy at the Chamber’s secretariat.
The delegation led by the Deputy Head of Mission, Spain, Juan Torres Reus was in ACCI as a follow-up to the MoU signed with the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA).
The delegation seeks for a collaboration and partnership that would lead to increase in trade volume between Nigeria and Spain and signing of MoU between the Chamber and Catalonia in the area of food production especially meat.
The DG who received the team lauded the initiative of the MoU signing between NACCIMA and Spanish business community said when we sign MoU, we make sure it is implemented.
She also urged them to call on ACCI whenever they have internstional business forum adding that it would help strengthen the MoU.
