Adamawa Governor, Fintiri fulfills promise, restores electricity to Michika, Madagali

Installations of the 7.5MVA injection substations, is currently ongoing in order to reconnect Michika and Madagali local governments with the national grid as earlier promised by Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri.
It was recently that Adamawa State Government procured all the equipment for the installation and by next week, the people of Michika and Madagali will have a new lease of life.
The areas have been in total blackout for more than five years after the power has been cutoff by Boko Haram Insurgents when they invaded the areas.
The Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Governor Muhammad Bakari Tukur stated this in a statement on Saturday.
