The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has set aside Monday to deliver judgement of election petition filed by APC governorship candidate in Adamawa State, Aishatu Binani against governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of PDP.
The outcome is sequel to hearing in the appeal filed by Senator Aishatu and her party against Governor Fintiri, INEC and PDP.
