Adamawa governorship: Binani loses again as Court of Appeal affirms Fintiri duly elected

The Court of Appeal Abuja Division on Monday, dismissed an appeal filed by the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Aishatu Binani against Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State.

Appeal court therefore affirms Governor Ahmadu Fintiri as dully elected Governor of Adamawa state

The appeal was filed by APC governorship candidate, Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani and APC against Governor Fintiri, INEC and PDP.
