Adamawa Police Command recovers stolen vehicle, arrests suspects

Adamawa State Police Command apprehends two youngsters in connection with a stolen Toyota RAV4, with registration number RSH 548 BB belonging to Mr. Aliyu Umar of Wuro Hausa, Yola South Local Government Area of the state.
The Command spokesman SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, in a statement made available to journalists attributed the success to the Command’s unwavering commitment to combating crime and ensuring the safety and security of lives and property.
The statement further said, the suspects, Yusuf Mohd Isah, 25 years, resident of Wuro Hausa, Yola South Local Government Area and Faisal Mahmud, 30 years, resident of Kolere ward, Mubi North, are now being investigated for more recoveries.
Accordingly to Nguroje, the suspects after stealing the vehicle change the plate number to disguise from easy identification.
The statement said the Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, deployed detectives led by DPO Yola, SP Habib Muhammed Musa, arrested the suspects and recovered the vehicle.
