Advocacy for Positive Behavioural Patterns Initiative has commended the Nigeria Police Force for the breakthrough in apprehending Bello Mohammed, a 28-year-old suspected kidnapper involved in the abduction and murder of Nabeeha, the daughter of a Bwari lawyer.
This was contained in a statement by Bamidele Mann, Director of the Campaign Team for Advocacy for Positive Behavioural Patterns Initiative.
The initiative appreciated the unwavering dedication of the Nigerian Police Force in ensuring justice prevails.
The rejection of a N1 million bribe by the Divisional Police Officer, SP Idris Ibrahim, exemplifies the integrity and commitment that are crucial for building trust between law enforcement and the community.
Mann emphasized the importance of collective support for the ongoing investigations, stating, “This breakthrough underscores the need for collaboration between the public and law enforcement. We encourage citizens to stand together in promoting a safer and more secure society.”
The initiative lauds Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, for his prompt actions in ordering the transfer of Mohammed for further investigations and the pursuit of other culprits involved in these heinous crimes.
Advocacy for Positive Behavioural Patterns Initiative remains committed to fostering positive societal norms and working hand in hand with law enforcement agencies to create a community that prioritizes safety and ethical conduct.
