Africentric Professional Services, a newly merged entity formed from the joining of Ugochukwu Ukah & Co. Nigeria, I.G Uwakwem & Co., and IIC Partners, officially announced its launch as a comprehensive provider of accounting and financial solutions.
The firm aims to redefine accounting services in Nigeria and beyond, harnessing the vast professional expertise of its partners.
The merger, which encompasses professionals from diverse backgrounds, positions Africentric Professional Services to cater to a wide range of clients, including public corporations, governments, not-for-profit organizations, and individual businesses.
With a collective portfolio of over 350 corporate clients, the firm has established a notable presence not only across Nigeria but also in the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

The company is set to operate in six key locations: Abuja (head office), Abuja 2, Lagos, Owerri, Port Harcourt, and Kaduna.
Within the first year of operation, Africentric Professional Services is targeting to increase market share by 15%, building on the strong foundations established by its predecessor firms.

Mr. Kerian Onwuzuruike, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of the company stated that in collaboration with twelve expert partners, the firm emphasizes quality and integrity as its core values.
He stated further that they will set new standards in accounting services, ensuring that its clients receive prompt and superior service tailored to their unique needs. “It is no longer business as usual,” he stressed.
In addition to its array of accounting services, Africentric Professional Services aims to serve as a “one-stop shop” for financial solutions, integrating services like auditing, taxation, advisory, and insolvency.
The firm’s approach combines technological advancements with industry knowledge to adapt to evolving market needs and public expectations.
