Mr. Amegwa Adams robed in the Institute’s academic gown

History was made as the acting Head of Procurement, Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo, Taraba State, Mr. Amegwa Adams was inducted as Fellow into the prestigious Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN) at an elaborate ceremony in Abuja.
Mr. Adams was inducted alongside five other recipients by the top echelon of the Institute.

With the induction, Mr. Adams has been admitted into the class of Academic Fellows of the Institute, only few in Nigeria.
He is apparently among the very few in Jukun Land in the Procurement sector in Nigeria thereby setting the pace and providing guidance for others to follow.
The President of the Institute, Ado Jibrin told the Fellows to be real professionals by observing and using the ethics and code of conduct of the profession.

Mr. Adams told Apex News Exclusive that he was inspired in a career in purchasing and supply by his late uncle, Mr. Philip Apurugba Maliki who Purchasing Manager at Arewa Hotels Limited and had worked at Hamdala Hotel and both Durbar Hotel of Kaduna and Lagos.
Those Fellows inducted are Mr. Cyprian Ojum, Mr. Samson Omodele Idahosa, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Badein, Alhaji Bello Alkali and Mrs. Yisa Jummai Margaret.
