Some of the players undergo medicals
The mandatory medicals of footballers is usually carried out before commencement of a new football season.
As such, Elkanemi Warriors FC, Maiduguri recently concluded its medical examinations according to laid down standards of the Nigeria Professional football league (NPFL).
The team went through series of tests, examinations and medical history investigations.
The club’s Media Officer, Tahiru Bala in a statement said players successfully conducted the various functions to determine their status, with consultant cardiologist, Professor Faruk Buba doing justice to the footballers who are preparing for the 2022/23 football season.
