Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State

The Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang has set up a task force to recover alleged auction of government property by the administration of his predecessor, Simon Lalong.
This was contained in a statement by the
Secretary to the Government of the State, Samuel N. Jatau. The task force has nine members with four terms of reference.
Here is the full statement on the task force:
The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has approved the constitution of a Task Force on Recovery of Purported Auctioned Government Property with the following membership:
I. Mr. Isaac Wadak -Chairman
ii. David Zoyong -Member
iii. Akims Mamot -Member
iv. Barr. Damian Shekarau -Member
v. Shehu Nura Jos -Member
vi. Mr. Raymond Dangrem -Member
vii. Representative Comm. Of Police-Member
viii. Mr. Nantip Bedur-Member
ix. Barr. Pam Gyang Davou-Secretary
The Task Force will be guided by the following Terms of Reference:
a. Identification/trace of all Government properties that were purported to have been auctioned across the country.
b. Ascertain whether or not due process was adhered to in the exercise
c. Recovery of all Government Assets that were purportedly /or inappropriately acquired by individuals/groups/or corporate entities
d. Any other recommendation that will lead to the recovery of Government assets and safeguard future occurrences.
The Task Force has six (6) weeks within which to complete the assignment, please.
