The Alliance of Social Democrats (ASD) has announced what can be termed as the lowest prices for nomination forms for the 2019 General Elections.
According to a statement from the National Secretariat in Abuja Tuesday, the price for forms for House of Assembly is N250, 000. There is also a 75 per cent reduction for persons under 35 years and 75 per cent rebate for women.
For the House of Representatives, the form is N500, 000 and the same rebates as in the House of Assembly.
The statement also announced the sum of N1million for senatorial aspirants with 75 per cent reduction for women.
The nomination forms for governorship and presidential aspirants go for N2million and N3million respectively both with 75 per cent reduction for women.
It is also commendable to note that all administrative, expression of interest and nomination forms are free for all cadres of persons with special needs (Disabilities).
