Anambra State Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, has recorded another birth from a rescued pregnant mentally challenged woman who was few weeks ago picked up from the street of Awka.
This cheering news was made known by Anambra State Commissioner for Women and Children Affairs, Lady Ndidi Mezue, who dispatched a team of social workers from the ministry to witness the birth of the child.
It will be recalled that few weeks ago the ministry recorded a birth of a baby boy from a mentally challenged woman who was rescued at Onitsha and cautiously moved to Onitsha.
