Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Nov 8, 2025 off-season Anambra State Governorship election has stated that leadership was about listening and responding to the citizens always.
Sharing part of his plans for the citizens of Anambra State when he mounts the saddle of governance of the State weekend at Nnewi while addressing the enthusiastic crowd of supporters who trooped out to receive him during his campaign for the candidate of Anambra South Senatorial zone in coming weekend’s run-off poll, Chief Azuka Okwuosa, he emphasized that his goal was to give the electorate a listening ear and enhance their quality of lives.
According to Prince Ukachukwu: “I have been in the business of investments, employment creation, money generation and touching people’s lives positively all my life”.
He therefore appealed to all Anambra electorate to vote for him as APC governorship flag-bearer on Nov 8, 2025 while on August 16,2025 every voter within Aguata, Ekwusigo, Ihiala, Nnewi North, Nnewi South, Orumba North and Orumba South Local Government Areas should troop out to vote APC’s Azuka Okwuosa.
Ikukuoma as he is fondly called urged the electorate in the listed seven Local Government Areas to vote massively for APC in honour and memory of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, the late last occupant of the seat.
“Voting for APC senator and governor will instantly connect the State to the national political grid; for its massive developmental benefits.
Earlier in an interactive session with executives of the major markets in Anambra State, Ukachukwu had the: “rare opportunity of hearing traders pour out their hearts, share their challenges, and contribute practical ideas toward building a lasting legacy where businesses thrive”.
After listening to the issues they raised ranging from:”poor market infrastructure, insecurity affecting businesses, high levies and taxes, to the need for improved access to credit facilities” he reassured that all hope is not lost.
He calmed all troubled nerves stating clearly his blueprint which includes creating a friendly business environment that would capture everybody ‘s concern.
“As a multi-tasking business executive cum investor, he has the reach, contact and international connection that will boost local trade, attract investors, and make Anambra the commercial hub it had always been and deserves to be” Ukachukwu told the traders.
