The Director of Public Affairs and Chief Spokesperson, Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Barrister Festus Keyamo, has disclosed that the presidential candidate of Labour Party Peter Obi’s team has issued a fake news.
The Senior Advocate of Nigeria who is also the Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He said that a certain quote making the rounds on social media where I purportedly said, “We never saw Peter Obi coming, he took us all by surprise, the only mistake we made in APC was taking him for granted” is fake news and should be ignored.
The spokesperson said, “As zero hour approaches, the Obi people have resorted to lies and fake news to take them into Aso Rock. Those who say they want to reform the system have sadly turned out to be the greatest fraudulent manipulators of images and quotes and the greatest abusers of the system in order to force a narrative.
“However, I have maintained that Peter Obi entering Aso Rock is like a Carmel passing through the eye of a needle,” Keyamo said.
