Auto crash: Ogun Governor Abiodun visits Katsina counterpart Radda, offers prayers, words of encouragement

Following the recent road accident involving Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State paid a heartfelt visit to him at the Katsina State Governor’s Lodge in Abuja.

The visit was marked by warmth, brotherhood, and genuine solidarity. It was aimed at checking on Governor Radda’s well-being, offering words of comfort, and thanking God for His divine protection over the Governor’s life.

During the visit, Governor Abiodun expressed deep gratitude to God for sparing Governor Radda from harm in the accident.

He also prayed fervently against any future occurrences, asking for continued protection over the Governor, his family, and his administration.

Leading the prayer, Governor Abiodun said:
“We thank You, Lord, for preserving the life of Your son, Dikko Radda. No evil shall befall him, and no harm shall come near his dwelling. Every plan of the enemy is cancelled. Affliction shall not rise again in this home. We commit his life, his family, and his administration into Your hands. It shall be well with him, his household, and with the entire government and people of Katsina State.”

Governor Radda, visibly moved by the kind gesture, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Governor Abiodun.

He described the visit as uplifting, deeply meaningful, and a reflection of true friendship and shared humanity.

Governor Radda noted that such visits transcend politics but serves as a strong reminder of the unity, compassion, and brotherhood that bind leaders and citizens across Nigeria.
