Awogu vows to continue with Uba’s vision to bring ‘Transformational Government’ in Anambra

The National Coordinator of Ikemba Front, Comrade Arinzechukwu Awogu, has vowed to continue with the vision and legacy of Senator Ifeanyi Uba to bring transformational Government in Anambra State in 2025.

Awogu who spoke while receiving posthumous award given to Senator Uba confered on him by Ikemba Front, Atani Ward One assured that they would not relent in their push for transformational Government in Anàmbra State becomes a reality, “so that where he is, he will be happy that those he left behind did not disappoint.”

He promised that they in Ikemba Front, a pressure group pushing for the realisation of All Progressives Congress (APC) governor of Anambra State,would not relent in their desire to achieve the feat.

“We are matching strongly to Agu Awka come November 2025” said Awogu.

Responding to his own award, Awogu said :”I am humbled and honoured.My leadership of Ikemba Front is not accidental.We will continue to press the mark.I assure us, we will reach there”.

He said Governor Chukwuma Soludo is a monumental failure and there is no way they would support a failure.

The Ikemba Front boss said what Soludo has now is “Solution” not All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) again, stating that the APGA that they all belonged had now moved to APC.

He said the Ikemba Front has covered the entire State, Local Governments and wards and was prepared now to move to Polling Units.

Awogu said the inauguration of Ikemba Front in Atani Ward one, would be replicated in other wards in the State to get to the grassroot, stressing that the award restate unequivocally the commitment of the party to match to Government House, Awka

He lauded the lone APC gubernatorial candidate since the demise of Uba, Chief Paul Chukwuma, who he said stood behind Uba both in life and death.

In his speech, a former Commissioner in the State, Joe Oforkansi, who represented Chukwuma at the ocassion expressed confidence Chukwuma has on Ikemba Front.

He said that Awogu has demonstrated his great conviction of APC’s victory in the next election, challenging members of Ikemba Front to key into the conviction.
“Arinze has our support. He is most capable and trustworthy politician” said Oforkansi.
