Bauchi Deputy Governor hails partnership with ValueJet Airline on Abuja-Bauchi flight operations

The Bauchi State Deputy Governor, Mohammed Auwal Jatau on Tuesday said the partnership between the state government and the ValueJet airline on daily commercial Abuja-Bauchi flight will go along way towards enhancing the economic development of the state through airline operations.

In a welcome address at the inaugural flight held at Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport, Bauchi, the Deputy Governor assured of the readiness of the state government to provide all the necessary support for effective operations of the airline.

Auwal Jatau said the strategic partnership between the state government and the ValueJet airline will not only opens up new avenues for visitors to explore the beauty and opportunities of Bauchi but also strengthen its ties with the nation’s capital, Abuja.

“It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I stand before you today to celebrate a momentous occasion- the inauguration of the Abuja-Bauchi flight by ValueJet airline. This event marks a significant milestone in our continued efforts to enhance air connectivity and promote tourism, trade, and investment in our beloved state.

“I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the airline’s management and staff for their commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers. Their dedication and professionalism will undoubtedly contribute to making this flight route a success.”

The Deputy Governor who used the opportunity to congratulate ValueJet airline on its one year anniversary, urged the company to sustain it effort of providing effective and efficient service to passengers in order to build trust and confidence.

Governor Bala Mohammed while speaking at the occasion, applauded his deputy, Mohammed Auwal Jatau for working tirelessly in synergy with the Secretary to the State Government towards ensuring the inauguration of Abuja-Bauchi flight by ValueJet airline.
