Bauchi District head plans to digitalize domain

The newly turbaned District Head of Miri Mallam Hussaini Abubakar Othman from Bauchi Emirate in Bauchi Local Government Area of the state has expressed his readiness to digitalize his domain as part of his effort to fast track the development of the area.
Hussaini stated this when he interacted with reporters in his palace recently in Miri village.
He said “the actual reason why I want to become a district head, is to be able to get the ability to develop our community using my initiative and what I think is best for them. You can’t be able to succeed in such way unless you have a position and my biggest intention is to network this community from hamlets to villages up to the district.”
He said when we establish the network we will be able to get the data of every location in the district and we will be able to get the data of the people living in that community, their population, the number of guest they received in their houses and to know their success , problems in order to inform the relevant authorities for solutions.
The District head said the project will help him to know the required basic infrastructures in his domain and it will help them to monitor his subjects very well and fight moral decadence indiscipline and understand the number of unemployed youths and out of school children.
Hussaini said even though the ambitious project even though it will required huge amount of money but he will finance it from his little resources and will see the support of like minds who will also contribute to the success of the projects.
“I will not approach government to finance the projects because government already has a lot to do, we want to do this as our little contribution and probably if we succeed other may decide to emulate from us.”
He said he will create so many laudable programmes that will create job opportunities to the teeming youths and encourage the youths to key in in the programmes in order to fight poverty and its ramifications in his domain.
