Bauchi State Government in her efforts to ensuring stronger and viable economic development, the administration of Senator Bala Mohammad has concluded all plans and arrangements to be fully engaged in having international investment relations on tourism development with foreign investors. The aims is to boast, sustain and strengthen international investment initiatives in relations with foreign countries to attract more revenues to Bauchi State and ensure sustainable development initiatives and growth in infrastructure as the Governor is fully committed in doing that, said the General manager
He said that all necessary mechanisms have been deployed towards actualizing the said business relationship in order to harness the great potential of tourism development at Yankari Games reserves, Sumu Wild Life Conservation Parks, Lame Games Reserves and Maladumba Lakes, among others tourists attraction centres.
Yankari Games Reserve is an African tourism hub Centre with over 200 hundred various species of wild animals, highly secured place security wise, friendly environment for tourism and game viewing, international first class executive accommodation fully air conditioned, with 24 hours running clean tap water among other things at cheaper and affordable rates to the global standard.
This statement was made available to media organizations in Bauchi by General Manager of Yankari Game Reserve, Dr Nasir Mohammad Yusuf. He said that His Excellency Governor Bala Mohammad has established all necessary measures and arrangements with investors to upgrade the standard of Yankari Games Reserve with intention of building greater investment opportunities, tourism development initiatives and sustainable IGR for the state.
The statement equally pointed out that Bauchi State Government has already signed in partnership with Federal Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creativity on how to develop policies and procedures and strategy in ensuring proper cross-fertilization of ideas to implement the upgrading and developing Yankari Games Reserve and other tourism centres and wildlife parks, lakes in Bauchi State to the best globally acceptable standard.
