The Daawa wing of Jama’atul Izalatu Bidia Wa Iqamatul Sunnah, Gwallaga Juma’at Mosque, Bauchi has presented Sallah meat to the less privileged and orphans in the state.
The Secretary of the da’awa group, Usamatu Mohammed stated this at the distribution center.
Mohammed said that the Da’awa slaughtered 9 cows and distributed the meat to over 2000 orphans and the less privileged in the society.
He also said that orphans from over 500 homes were given the meat to celebrate Sallah.
He used the occasion to commend Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state for his financial help to the group and some notable personalities.
He however cautioned business men in the state especially traders who did not offer any help to the group urging them to do a rethink as philantrophic help is enormously rewarded but Allah.
The Chairman of the group, Alhaji Mohammed Aruwa, Sarkin Fujuru, urged the wealthy in the state to to continue to offer financial help for them to succeed in the task of giving to the poor.
