In his efforts to compliment Governor Bala Mohammed’s determination in health sector across the state, the chairman Bauchi local government area Hon. Mahmood Babamaji Abubakar, has distributed medical Consumables and hospital equipments worth millions of naira to ten health facilities in the local government area.
Distributing the items Hon. Mahmood Babamaji, informed that the gesture is in response to various request from the facilities as well as the support the local government is receiving from governor Bala Mohammed, the federal government and partners working in the health sector.
The executive chairman Bauchi local government who is also the ALGON chairman Bauchi state, presented Consumables items to the diphtheria camp of the Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa university teaching hospital Bauchi, where the Chief Medical Director Prof Yusuf Bara appreciate him for the gesture.
Hon Babamaji was also at the correctional center Bauchi where he presented Consumables support for the use of the health facility in the center.
During the ceremony, the director primary health care of the local government and the Galadiman Bauchi, Surveyor Saidu Jahun commended the council chairman for the gesture, describing it as direct replica of governor Bala Mohammed’s administration popular gesture to the Governor People of Bauchi State.urging the benefiting facilities to make the best use of the items.
