Non-indigenes residents in Bauchi State under the aegies of Community Leaders Association (CLO) has condemned in totality what they called, ‘complete exclusion’ in Governor Bala Mohammed’s first tenure in Office.

President General of the association, Chief Mattew Osochukwu in an exclusive interview with Apex News Exclusive expressed anger at the kind of exclusion the Peoples Democratic Party-led administration gave its members despite voting for the party.

“Since 1999, non-indigenes have been receiving slots and government positions, but since Kaura became Governor, not even a single person have enjoyed such.

“It is sad because a good number of non indigens votes went for him that time and we have written series of letter seeking audience with him, but none have received any attention”, he said.

The CLO President General, who however, commended his Infrastructural strides in many parts of the state argued that if the people like their group are not benefittong anything from his administration, then his achievements is not complete.

“No admonistration has ever turned its back to us like this before and we are wondering idmg there is anything we did wrong, at least having an audience with us can give us insight, but His Excellency has not”, he said.

Chief Osochukwu maintained that they may be left with no choice than to vote against him, if they are not duely considered.

“Despite prasing and appreciating him for some of the good works he has done in the state, we have still not received any good gesture from him, we have options and may resort to go tge other way.
He further argued that if Kaura today did not win Bauchi Local Government Area, where a good number of their members are residents, it may still be difficult to emerge winner despite the campaigns at the grassroot level.
Besides, our people are spread across every nooks and crannies of the state and it wount take us anything to mobilise them to action”, he said.
