Bauchi State Governor, Sen Bala Mohammed with the MD/CEO of Sahad Stores, Alhaji Ibrahim Mijinyawa

Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State on Tuesday evening said that his administration will come up with a robust plan of enhancing marketing and trade for economic development.
The governor disclosed this when he received in audience, the Chief Executive Officer of Sahad Super Market, Alhaji Ibrahim Mijinyawa who visited him at Government House, Bauchi.
Bala Mohammed who appreciated the business mogul for declaring interest to construct a modern super market in Bauchi, said the investment will complement government’s desire of developing marketing and trade in the state.
To this end, the governor allocated a free plot of land to fast track the immediate commencement of the construction of the market for the benefit of government and people of the state.
The Governor said that, “I am highly delighted to receive my friend, a well known business mogul that specializes in store management and other trading in Nigeria especially providing goods at affordable prices.”
He also said that, “We thank you for showing interest in Bauchi and for coming to support us in our determination to create a new Bauchi to be on the path of growth and development.”
Bala Mohammed therefore reassured the management of the company that his administration will protect their proposed investment which will contribute in reducing rate of unemployment in the state.
Earlier, the Chief Executive Officer of Sahad Store, Alhaji Ibrahim Mijinyawa said the visit is to strengthen his relationship between him and Governor Bala Mohammed and to discuss on ways of partnership and collaboration.
Alhaji Ibrahim Mijinyawa announced the plan of the company to construct a super market in the state to advance business activities in the state.
