Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Titus Uba has emerged the Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the 2023 general elections.
He defeated the incumbent deputy governor, Engr Benson Abounu polling 731 votes out of the 851 accredited by delegates and three other aspirants in a fierceley contested race.
