The Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese, Most Rev. Paulinus C. Ezeokafor, celebrates Easter with the less privileged.
The annual celebration took place on Sunday, April 17, at St Patrick’s Cathedral, Awka, Awka South Local Government Area, Anambra State.
While addressing the people of God, the Catholic Prelate charged them not to lose hope as things would get better.
Our correspondent learned that about 650 people were present to receive gifts from the Prelate.
The Bishop was accompanied by the Rev. Fr. Michael Ogunu, the Diocesan Bursar; and Rev. Fr. Paschal Udo, the Acting Cathedral Administrator, St. Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral, Awka.
