The Bishop called on christians who are involved in one form of idol worship or the order to repent and return to God who is their maker.

He encouraged the Awkuzu community to always imbibe the spirit of rejoicing in the Lord as contained in Phil 4:4.

In his exhortation at the ceremony, His Lordship, expressed profound gratitude to God for the life of Igwe and Lolo, Igwe’s cabinets, the President General of Awkuzu and entire community.

He charged them to keep leading the community with good norms, justice and fairness so that posterity would always remember them for their good works in the land of Akwuzu.

The Bishop prayed for the land of Awkuzu, and the inhabitants for God’s continuous abiding presence so that peace, righteousness, prosperity, equity and justice would prevail in the land.

Bishop Nwokolo decreed in his prayer that evil and fetish practices would no longer thrive in the land of Awkuzu, rather Jesus Christ would continually reign.
