An Asaba, Delta State-based businessman, Chief Simeon Chibuike Nnakwe, has handed over a N45million worth of bungalow to his Personal Assistant, Mr. Obiora Egwuatu.

This is the second house Chief Nnakwe, who is the managing director of Address Property Ltd built for Egwuatu. He had earlier built another house for him in his village in Anam, Anambra West Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Speaking at the handing over of the house to Egwuatu at Okpanam, Delta State Sunday, Chief Nnakwe said the house was built for Egwuatu due to his loyalty, commitment and dedication to his duties.

“For some people, it is as if I have done so much to him but between two of us , I have not paid up to a quarter of what he has been dong for me,” he said.

Chief Nnakwe said among business men, trust is a scarce commodity and therefore expensive to obtain but Egwuatu has demonstrated trust that he always handed over huge money to him and he returned the balance even if it remains one Kobo.

Chief Nnakwe said: “For Obiora, I have not seen somebody like him.He gives me services than I expected, services no other person gives me. I have no doubt in my mind that I will make him happy.”

Continuing he said: “I feel I am indebted to him all the time. I am still owing him. What I have done is yo give him 50 percent of accumulated balance he brought back to me in all the money I gave him.”

He promised to continue to help less privileged individuals as long as God continues to bless him because according to him, “pulling people out of poverty is integral part of me.”

The businessman said he would advise the rich to help others because according to him, “that you are rich is not because you are the smartest, it is just by special grace of God. There is no other special thing I have done for God to keep blessing me. So, I will in turn help people as God continues to bless me.”

Elated Egwuatu said Chief Nnakwe has done for him and his family what no other person could do.

He said his boss had built a house for him in the village and in this particular house Chief Nnakwe owned the land as well as built the house for him.

“I don’t know where to start to tell what he did for me and my family. He brought me to township. I had no intention of coming to town. Since I came to Asaba I have not paid for rent for one day. My children attend private schools, he pays their school fees. He virtually does everything for me. But not only me. He is generous to many,” Egwuatu said.
