Funke Akindele popularly known as Janifa
Nollywood Actress, Funke Akindele-Bello and her husband, Abdulrasheed Bello also known as JJC Skillz have pleaded guilty at the Ogba Magistrate Court for violating the law restricting movement in the Lagos State due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Trouble started for the actress after organising a birthday party for her husband with more than the required number of people allowed to gather at a time.
Akindele-Bello arrived Ogba Magistrate court on Monday, att about 11a.m following her arrest by Nigerian Police Force, Criminal and Investigative Department (CID), Panti for contravening lockdown imposed on the state by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The couple are awaiting the verdict of the magistrate.
