DG NDE promotes President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Initiative to Nigerians

Director General of National Directorate of Employment, (NDE), Silas Ali Agara, has commenced a nationwide tour to introduce and prepare staff towards the successful implementation of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) for the empowerment of the citizenry.
He said at the maiden tour of Nasarawa State office of the Directorate that the staff should prepare for the adoption of Information Communication Technology (ICT) under his leadership for seamless and easy progress devoid of unnecessary bureaucracy.
According to him, that was why he adopted ICT in the promotion examination that took place few months after he took over, examination results were prompt and the successful ones have already received their promotion letters.
He said: “I want to inform you that we have to work as a team to empower the youth for they to contribute towards the nation’s growth and development devoid of youth restiveness.
“President Tinubu has vowed to reduce the number of unemployed youth and has given the mandate to NDE and we wouldn’t let him down, we must work to achieve to realize the dream.”
Hon Agara visited Group Captain Abdullahi Ibrahim Center and enjoins trainees to learn to be self reliant and even become trainers and employers of labour.
In his response, State Coordinator, NDE Nasarawa State, Mr Joshua Fagbemi, said that they are happy with the changes brought in by Hon Agara and are willing to work to love the country forward
Similarly, he attended the Kano International Trade Fair and toured the stands of NDE where he interacted with staff and trainers that showcased their products respectively.
He said Trade Fairs are gatherings for display of goods by producers amongst others which leads to economic prosperity by producers and traders respectively.
In his response, the NDE Kano State Coordinator, Mr Sa’adu Yerima, expressed delight with the new style of leadership of the new DG and with the new promotion of personnel.
