A group known as Bogoro Youth Vanguard in Bogoro Local Government Area of Bauchi State has described the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Barr Yakubu Dogara as a desperate politician who is desperately seeking notice and recognition by the current President Bola Tinubu led All Progressives Congress (APC) led Federal Government.

Comrade Habila Daniel JP Dodo, Chairman and Philip Y. Kimsa, Secretary opined that the attack by the former Speaker was unnecessary and uncalled for.
The group stated that, Politics is both theoretical and as well practical in nature and is a beautiful and interesting game most especially if there exit’s an agile opposition that watches how a country is managed and governed, because no government is secured long without an effective and formidable opposition.
The group added that, It further sets a stage and offers the opportunity for any responsible Government to brace up and act in the right direction that is in accordance with the plight of its citizens through effective policies that has direct bearing on them.
It stressed that “Bringing in vendetta with no regards or how they got to be who they are now, thereby over hitting the polity and thinking that politics is all about themselves and what they set to pursue irrespective of much that lies to what people need than their individualistic ego and selfishness, because when one talks the interpretation is left to the public to slice and dice them in the manner they keenly watch and listen to their commentaries. What lies before us to dissect, and so easily so is a lame piece by Dogara Yakubu
According to the group,”Saturday the 10th of August 2024 greeted us with one of the most shambolic commentaries of recent times, which came from none other but Rt. Hon. Dogara Yakubu (former Speaker) who supposedly should be a patriotic son of Bauchi State but unfortunately has lost his grip of political conscience.”
“We understand the struggle to revive his stunted political career by all means and also trying to restore for himself, political sanity from the chunk of mess and blunders he has committed right from within his kinsmen and his callous utterances prior to the 2023 Presidential election that brought PBAT against his ill-fated wish of thinking Alh. Atiku Abubakar wins and become the President in 2023,” It added.
According to the group,”When it comes to trivialities, Dogara has proven to have won many awards with his edge cutting records of childishness when engaging on national political matters. Aiya Dogara, your desperation to regain political relevance is becoming a popular stench around the country.”
It stressed that, “How many people in Bauchi can gallantly call out Dogara as a responsible politician or a loyal fellow? Even his close allies know it’s impossible given his barefaced antecedents.”
“People need to understand that Dogara is willing and is death thirsty of relevance from PBAT at the moment and can hold even the sharp edge of a knife once his stalled political sojourn can be revived and his Machiavellian tactics can thrive and have a place to be given a nod by PBAT,” It stressed.
Bogoro Youth Vanguard added that, “But who needs such distraction from a man whose words are completely filthy, and actions are completely mischievous? PBAT should know this clearly, to condone Dogara’s excesses is to condone a typical life of the Dark Age we have long forgotten and never wish to have any connection with it again.”
It claimed that, “He is such a self-centred and haughty jingoist. Once Dogara wins, it’s alright; otherwise, it is not alright. Dogara knows he cannot brag of lifting one soul whether political or in economics terms in the entire constituency that gave him the platform to become influential.”
“It’s sad that Sayawa people, who thought he had a rare opportunity to change their cause, rather used it against their individual growth and empowerment,” The group lamented.
According to the group, “He brags to be rich; he needs to be reminded that he never made even one person a millionaire in his local government, but instead constantly cashing on their vulnerabilities.”
According the group,”Sen. Bala Mohammed has not only demonstrated capacity in rebuilding Bauchi and ensuring the existence of sustainable peace and mutual relationship among the citizens of the state and its environs, but his pro-activeness has also been a point of reference even by PBAT himself.”
The group alleged that, “Dogara brought division in Za;ar land having served as the 4th citizen of this country as speaker of the House of representatives and never for once recognized Komo as Ngun Za’ar in any function but will come out today to use Komo as a tool to gain sympathy from our people is worth looking at.”
The group concluded, “It’s only a mad dog that turns around and bites the fingers that feed him and made him who he thinks he is today.”
