Senator Abu Ibrahim has described the continuous donations from different political groups within the
All Progressives Congress, APC, Tinubu/Shettima Grassroots Independent Campaign Council (APC-ICC) as a good political sign for the massive support for the party.
He made the statement when he received different donations from groups at the temporary office at Panama Street, Maitama for use in the permanent office along Ralph Shodeinde Street, Abuja.
The item includes 2 units 85 inches smart Televisions, one 5G ready WiFi, 10 units of computer desktop, 600 units of chairs and pledges for publications, office spaces and halls for the elections.
According to the front Politician, “The donations coming for the campaign of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for President and Senator Kashim Shettima for Vice President amongst other candidates is excellent and quiet inspiring .
APC is a political party that believes in democracy, we will work hard to defeat the opposition parties at the general elections God willing.” Said Senator Abu Ibrahim.
In his remarks, the National Coordinator of the APC-ICC, who is also the immediate past Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State, Honourable Ali Silas Agara said, ” To God be the glory for our generation to continue the growth and development of democratic Governance set-up by our elders Senator Abu Ibrahim.
“We have the mandate to go to the grassroots to get the mandate of the people. We urge our stakeholders to work hard to achieve victory come February 28, 2023.
“We are really inspired by the work of our friends and donors for the aspiration of our Presidential candidate,
“The number of different political groups presenting donations to facilitate work at the Secretariat is inspiring.
“We are encouraged to go back to the field to ensure victory for the party.
“We want to appreciate the donors: 100% Focus Movement, Senator Gbenga Ashafa, His Excellency Moses Ayum; Businessman, Alhaji Dahiru Mangal for providing office spaces and many others.
” We have an agenda that we will unveil when the leadership approve it next week.” Said Honourable Ali Silas Agara.
In his response, national chairman of 100% Focus Movement, Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed, ” Indeed we are supporting Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, it is our right to continue supporting him because when he was the Executive Governor of Lagos State, it is on record that he successfully transformed the state to what it is today because of his leadership qualities by his improvement of internally generated revenue and how he utilized it judiciously. The journey to develop Nigeria starts now.”
In his remarks, a former Presdential aspirant, leader of Middle Agitation for middle belt presidency, Honourable Moses Ayom said, ” I contested for APC primary election, but the North said that it is the turn of the South and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu emerged. That is why we in the Middle Belt are supporting him 100 percent.
“I am donating my ampitheatre that has a capacity for 1500 seats for people to watch the World Cup without hindrance. We want to do away with Orto-matic administration.
