Tinubu Support Group (TSG)
has felicitated with the Muslim faithful on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, urging Muslims to exhibit peace, mutual respect and tolerance as they celebrate the Eid-el-Kabir.
The group’s head of Media and Publicity, Mr. Tosin Adeyanju, stated this in a statement on Saturday, urging Muslims to remember that the season is one to give thanks to the Almighty Allah “for sparing our lives as individuals and families to celebrate.”
According to him, “Let’s celebrate this Holy Festival with optimism and unflinching hope that a better tomorrow awaits our dear country and take the opportunity of this Holy occasion to pray for Nigeria and our Leaders at all levels.” He said.
Mr Adeyanju commended all the Pro-Asiwaju’s Support Groups, for their unflinching support thus far and further charged them not to relent as the task ahead is still enormous .
He said posterity would reward their sacrifices for the peace, progress and prosperity of our nation.
The TSG’s spokesperson said, ” We are grateful for your sacrifices, but your work requires a lot of sacrifices both physical and material. I do not think anybody will join this organisation for material reasons.
”What you are doing is for the good of our nation and not for Asiwaju as an individual. Therefore, there is no way you can lose because what you are doing is for posterity,” Adeyanju concluded.
