The Emir of Jama’a Emirate in Southern Kaduna, Dr. Muhammadu Isa Muhammadu, has lauded the Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, for his administration’s commitment to ongoing developmental projects across the Emirate, Jema’a Local Government Area, and the entire southern part of the state.

The Emir made the commendation during his Eid-el-Fitr message delivered at his palace in Kafanchan shortly after the Eid prayers. He acknowledged the governor’s efforts in enhancing road networks, constructing rural roads, rebuilding the Kafanchan modern market, and promoting peace and stability throughout the state.

According to the Emir, “The continuation of various projects across our Emirate and beyond is a testament to the governor’s dedication to inclusive governance and equitable development. We sincerely appreciate his efforts and urge him to sustain the momentum.”

The traditional ruler also called on the state government to consider establishing the state-owned Sir Patrick Yakowa Memorial Hospital in Kafanchan after upgrading the existing medical facility to a Federal Medical Center. He noted that such a move would greatly enhance healthcare delivery, not only within the Emirate but across Southern Kaduna.

Additionally, Dr. Muhammadu Isa Muhammadu commended security agencies for their relentless efforts in maintaining peace and security within the Emirate. He also praised residents for their commitment to peaceful coexistence, urging them to continue embracing one another for greater development.

“We must continue to support the government’s efforts by maintaining peace and living harmoniously as brothers and sisters. It is only through unity and understanding that we can achieve meaningful progress,” the Emir stated.

Meanwhile, the Executive Chairman of Jema’a Local Government, Hon. Peter Tanko Dogara, who was present at the Emir’s Palace, extended his warm wishes to the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr. He prayed for continued peace and unity across the Local Government Area, urging citizens to uphold the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence.

“I congratulate our Muslim brothers and sisters on this joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitr. May the lessons of Ramadan continue to guide us toward building a more peaceful and prosperous Jema’a Local Government,” Hon. Dogara remarked.

The Eid celebration in Kafanchan was marked with joy and prayers for continued peace, development, and prosperity across the Emirate and Kaduna State at large.
