Emir of Jama’a Emirate spreads joy, unity during Sallah durbar

In a heartwarming display of leadership and compassion, the Emir of Jama’a Emirate, His Royal Highness Alhaji (Dr) Muhammadu Isa Muhammadu, visited the Sir Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa Memorial Hospital in Kafanchan as part of his annual Sallah Durbar celebrations.
The Emir’s visit was marked by a generous donation of medical aids to the facility, a gesture that resonated deeply with the patients and staff.
The Emir expressed his gratitude to Kaduna State Governor, Malam Uba Sani, for his inclusive leadership style and efforts to unite the people of Kaduna. However, he also urged the governor to complete the road construction in Kafanchan, a project initiated by the previous administration.

The Commissioner of Kafanchan Municipal Authority, Mrs. Phoebe Sukai Yayi, and the Executive Chairman of Jema’a Local Government, Yunana Markus Barde, joined the Emir in congratulating Muslims worldwide on the Sallah celebration.
They emphasized the importance of peaceful coexistence, regardless of ethnic, religious, or political differences.
Dr. Paul Yohannah, the Medical Director of the hospital, expressed his appreciation to the Kaduna State government for the ongoing renovation of the facility.
He also thanked the Emir and his traditional council for their annual Sallah homage, which includes donations of cash, drugs, and greetings to patients.
Ajiyan Jama’a, Alhaji Habib Muhammad Abubakar, advised the youth to shun crimes and social vices, emphasizing the importance of fostering understanding and promoting peaceful coexistence among different tribes and religions.
The Emir’s entourage, accompanied by horse riders, traditional title holders, drummers, and dancers, went around the streets, greeting subjects and spreading joy and unity.
The visit was a testament to the Emir’s commitment to his people and his dedication to promoting peace and harmony in the region.
